Guidance for Passengers with Disabilities requiring assistance while traveling

Vessels

Eagle
  1. Vessel is equipped with an elevator accessible from the freight deck. Passenger should arrive at the terminal thirty minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
  2. Notify terminal agent upon arriving that you require access to the elevator for boarding. This applies to passengers with or without a vehicle
  3. The elevator accesses all passenger decks, including the snack bar.
  4. Accessible rest rooms are available.
